Texas Style Smoked Brisket

Texas Style BrisketIngredients

1~10lb brisket (A brisket has two pieces a “point” and a “flat” I like to cook them together)
1 lb of Kosher Salt (don’t worry you won’t use it all)
1/2 cup ground pepper
1/3 cup granulated garlic
1 cup Apple Cider vinegar
1 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 cups water
