3 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Apple cut into wedges
1 Cup Whiskey

Carolina BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Tablespoon Pork Juices
